Uluru -
that's the native name for Ayer's Rock, the red
center of Australia - was born without problems
together with his sister Urania. Everything was
fine but he just didn't
feel like drinking on his mama Korina.
I watched
this for a day but then got too nervous to wait
any longer.
So I started to handraise him, two
weeks every 3 hours day and night and then the
intervals a little longer during the night.
My little boy loved it and insisted on his bottle
still long after being able to eat from the
plate with the rest of thecats.
He grew up to an
impressive young man and after a few shows he
was already a Junior Winner.
It goes to show
again that it is always worth to try and save
even the
smallest kitten -
I'm glad I did.
